⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER: Before you can start accessing the blog feature and publish your content online, you first need to grant (or be granted) access to the blog tool. Only the company account owner and admin users can grant you access to the blog feature.
To grant yourself or a user access to the blog feature, please follow the steps below:
1) Click on Settings
2) Click on Company Directory
3) Select the employee you wish to grant access to the Blog Feature by clicking on the VIEW (blue button) to open their user profile.
4) Click Edit at the bottom of the user profile you selected
5) Scroll down to the "Access Rights" area and click on the check box in front of "BLOG FEATURE".
6) Save your changes by clicking on the "Update User" blue button.
7) Once the access rights to the Blog Feature has been activated for a user, that user will be able to have access to the blog posting tool on the top navigation menu.
