To customize the hiring flow of one of your requisition, you first need to create a new Hiring Status Template.
CREATE & CUSTOMIZE YOUR HIRING STATUS TEMPLATES:
1️⃣ Click on "TOOLS" (on the top navigation bar)
2️⃣ Click on "Hiring Status Templates" (in the drop down)
3️⃣ Click on the "+ ADD NEW TEMPLATE" button
4️⃣ Create and customize your own hiring template
5️⃣ Save your template
When you create a new template, please remember that you cannot update the default template and the main hiring statuses listed below:
- New Application
- Screening Stage
- Interview Stage
- Final Interview Stage
- Offer Stage
- Offer Accepted
- Offer Turned Down
- Candidate Withdrew
- Turned Down
- Moved to Another Requisition
- Pipeline
Hiring Sub-statuses can be created and added under one of the main default hiring statuses listed above.
CONNECT YOUR TEMPLATE TO ONE / SEVERAL REQUISITIONS:
6️⃣ Select and open the requisition you wish to update
7️⃣ Scroll down to the bottom of the requisition form until you reach the section called "Hiring Status Template". Click on the drop down menu and select the template you wish to use for the requisition (job) you have selected.
8️⃣ Click on the "UPDATE REQUISITION" green button to save your changes
9️⃣ Click on the "CANDIDATES" tab on the upper part of the page to access your candidate listing and verify that all your hiring sub status (recruiting flow steps) are properly displayed on the screen (see example on the attachment below).
