How to add a new recruitment agency onto the Directory?

If you cannot find your favorite recruitment agency in the HirePlanner Agency Directory, not to worry!! You can invite any other agencies you would like to work with - it's free for them to register online on our platform.

1) Click on the "AGENCIES" Tab from the top navigation menu

2) Click on the "VIEW AGENCIES" section that appears in the drop down

3) Click on "+ ADD PREFERRED AGENCY"

4) IF YOUR AGENCY IS NOT YET REGISTERED IN THE HIREPLANNER AGENCY DIRECTORY, please click on the “INVITE NEW AGENCY” button (see screenshot below) and send an email invite to the agency of your choice so that they can register online.

5) EMAIL TEMPLATE:

Here is an email template you can use when sending invites to agencies WHICH ARE NOT YET REGISTERED IN THE HIREPLANNER AGENCY DIRECTORY

Dear ___________,

This is (Your name) from (Your Company),

I am pleased to inform you that we have started to use the Hireplanner Recruiting Platform to manage our recruiting projects.

We would like to invite you to register on the HirePlanner Agency Portal so that we can include you on our preferred list of vendor.

To register your agency onto our list of official business partners, please register your company details and users at the following link:
URL: https://www.hireplanner.com/en/agencies/new 

Once you do, please drop us a mail and we will invite you to work on some of our vacancies.

6) ADD AGENCY TO MY PREFERRED VENDORS' LIST:

Once your agency is registered in the directory, you will be able to add them easily onto your list of preferred vendors - for more information, please click HERE
