How to create your preferred recruiting vendors' list?

With the HirePlanner Agency Management System, you can:

• Easily access to all the top search firms in Japan
• Invite them to join your preferred list of vendors
• Store contracts and agreements
• Assign new vacancies to relevant consultants based on their specialities
• Keep track of all candidate introductions and monitor agencies' performance

CREATE YOUR PREFERRED LIST OF AGENCY PARTNERS:

1. Login your HirePlanner account (as Account Owner)

2. Click on the “AGENCIES” tab located on your top menu bar

3. Select “VIEW AGENCIES”

4. Click on the "+ ADD PREFERRED AGENCY" button located on the right side of the page to access the HirePlanner Agency Directory (see screenshot attached below). 

   

5. Search through the HirePlanner Agency Directory and identify your preferred recruitment agency vendors.
   
   
6. If your agency is already registered and listed on the HirePlanner Agency Directory, please click on the "ADD" button to add the agency of your choice onto your list agency partner (see screenshot below). 
   
   Each time you add a new agency onto your preferred list of vendors, the agency’s main representative will receive an email notification informing them about your interest in partnering with them for your recruiting projects.
   
   

7. If your agency is NOT yet registered on the HirePlanner Agency Directory, please click on the “INVITE NEW AGENCY” button (see screenshot above) and invite them to register online.

   Agencies can register on the HirePlanner Agency Directory for FREE.

8. Once you have added your agencies onto your list of vendors, you can view them all under the AGENCIES tab under "VIEW AGENCIES" (see screenshot below).
   
   
   
   
9. After all your agencies have been added onto your list of vendors, please contact each respective account owner (main contact of the agency) and provide them with the list of the consultants you would like to get support from.
   
   The agency's MAIN CONTACT will be responsible for activating your consultants in the system before you can start assigning roles to them. If you need assistance, please feel free to cc us in your communications so that we can assist your agency partners.
