How to handle personal information?

 

HirePlanner.com takes the privacy of personal information of it’s users very seriously, and we handle it with the greatest possible care.

 

By using the HirePlanner platform, you will be given the opportunity to access some of your company’s and client's HR recruiting confidential information. We advise all our users to take all the necessary precaution to protect their information and maintain confidentiality.

 

We strongly advise our users to follow the following precautions in addition to your own privacy policy:

• Access, use or share your company’s proprietary information only to the extent it is authorized and necessary to fulfill your assigned job duties.
• Keep all devices (you access hireplanner.com with) password protected 
• Always choose passwords with a minimum of 8 characters (including capital and lower-case letters, numbers and symbols) and avoid any information that may be easily guessed (such as birthdays etc.)
• Change your password every 3 months ideally
• Log into your HirePlanner account only through the company’s secure network and avoid public wifi
• Log into your HirePlanner account only with your own device(s)
• Do not share your account user ID and password with anyone or allow use of your account by others
• When providing candidate feedback to your HR, remember to avoid making any defamatory, offensive, derogatory, racial, gender oriented, religious and/or politically oriented comments that may reflect poorly on the company and your business partners
• Log-out your hireplanner.com once you have completed your work
• Maintain confidentiality and protect the company’s confidential information at all times
