After your client has received your introduction, they will be able to communicate with you from the HirePlanner Messenger system. Here are the two options you can use to exchange messages with your HR clients via the HirePlanner.com Messenger System:
OPTION 1: (SEND A MESSAGE)
- STEP 1: Log into your HirePlanner Agency Account (www.hireplanner.com/en/ap_users/sign_in)
- STEP 2: Click on “Introductions” to view all the candidates you have introduced (on the top menu navigation bar).
- STEP 3: Click on the name of candidate you want to discuss about with your HR client.
- STEP 4: Type in the message you want to send to your HR client in the “Discussion” box
- STEP 5: Click on “Send Message”

NOTES:
- Note 1: Please keep in mind that your message CANNOT be edited after it is send. Make sure all the details you submit are accurate.
- Note 2: You can access your communication history below your candidate introduction detail page.
- Note 3: You can communicate with your HR client about the candidate you introduced until the role is closed, cancelled or filled.
OPTION 2: (REPLY TO A MESSAGE FROM YOUR HR CLIENT)
- STEP 1: Each time your HR Client is sending you a message via HirePlanner.com, you will receive an email notification with a copy of the message and a link for you to continue the discussion online.
If you do not receive email notifications, please contact your IT department and have them adjust their server and spam settings.

- STEP 2: Click on your email link
- STEP 3: Log into your HirePlanner Agency Account (www.hireplanner.com/en/ap_users/sign_in)
- STEP 4: Type in the message you want to send to your HR client in the “Discussion” box
- STEP 5: Click on “Send Message”
