Please note that this section is accessible and can be modified ONLY by the "Account Owner" or the "Administrator" user of your company. If you are a recruiter user without "Admin" access rights, you will not be able to access this part of the website.
If you would like to restrict the access rights of your hiring managers and limit their visibility to ONLY their own requisitions, you will need to make sure the selected hiring manager is NOT assigned as a department "manager". If they are assigned as the manager of a department, they will be able to have access to both their own requisitions and the requisitions from other members of the department(s) they manage.
To make sure a user is NOT set as the manager of a department, please follow the below instructions:
1. Click on SETTINGS located on the top menu bar
2. Select DEPARTMENTS in the dropdown

3. Click on the "+ CREATE NEW DEPARTMENT" button
or
3. Click on the department name you would like to review

4. From the "ADD DEPARTMENT" or "EDIT DEPARTMENT" page, make sure the "MANAGER" field is left blank (see screenshot below).

5. Click on the "CREATE DEPARTMENT" button (if you are creating a new department)
or
5. Click on the "UPDATE DEPARTMENT" button (if you are updating an already existing department)
RECAP:
When you choose to NOT ASSIGN a manager to a department, the departments page should NOT show any manager's name on the right side of the department's name (see screenshot example attached below).

If you see someone's name is displayed on the right side of the department name (see example below), this means they are set as the manager of the department and that they have visibility on both their own requisitions and the ones from their team members.
If the Hiring Manager IS NOT assigned as the manager of a department, he/she will be able to ONLY ACCESS TO HIS/HER OWN REQUISITIONS and get visibility on each recruiting projects he/she is directly in charge of.
If the Hiring Manager IS NOT assigned as the manager of a department, he/she will NOT be able to access or view requisitions from his/her direct reports and other members of the team further down the organization.
The Hiring Manager will only have a "read only" access right which means they will not be able to make any edits. The access right granted to the hiring manager is purely to help them get more visibility on the status of their projects and keep track of the progress of requisitions within their team.
