Not receiving email notifications?

SPAM FOLDER

If you do not receive email notification, please first start by checking your "spam" folder or your "promotions" folder (if you are using Google Mail). It is possible that our email notifications got automatically stored into those areas by your mail server. If it is, please make sure to click on the "Not junk" or "Not spam" button in your email navigator.

ADD US TO YOUR CONTACT LIST

Make sure to add our email address [e-mail] to your contact list to ensure you receive all email notifications going forward.

IT DEPARTMENT

If, for any reasons, you are not receiving email notifications from Hireplanner.com, please contact your IT department and have them add the "@hireplanner.com" on their safe list of domains. This will prevent your server from blocking email notifications ([e-mail]) sent by the HirePlanner system.
