From the "TASKS I'VE ASSIGNED TO OTHERS" (located under the TASK MANAGEMENT TOOL), outstanding action items or pending requests that are at least 48 hours overdue will be marked with a red flag. When the red flag is visible, you will be able to send an automatic email reminder to remind your colleague to take action whenever necessary on their outstanding task.

At the moment, the "automatic reminder" function is available only for "Resume screening requests" and "Interview Feedback requests".
Before your reminder is sent, the HirePlanner system will inform you about the date & time when your last reminder was sent (see screenshot below).
