What is the AUTOMATIC INTERVIEW SCHEDULING SYSTEM? How does it work?

The Automatic Interview Scheduling System is an optional feature from HirePlanner.com solutions. With this tool, HR recruiters can automate most of the interview scheduling process and save significant amount of time when coordinating interviews for interviewers and candidates (job seekers). 

HR users can use the Automatic Interview Scheduling System to coordinate interview directly with candidates (direct applicants) or/and with recruiting agents to interview candidates introduced by them.

In order for you to benefit from the automatic interview scheduling system, please follow the steps below to get set-up:

PART 1: CONNECT YOUR CALENDAR

Step 1) Set-Up your calendar and connect it to the HirePlanner platform to share (only) your available time slots.

2) Save your availability rules and when you would like to allow interviews to be scheduled in your schedule.

PART 2: SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS (available only for HR Recruiters*)

1) HR COORDINATOR (Recruiter) selects the candidate you would like to invite for an interview:

a) Candidates > Search Applications
or

b) Candidates > Search Candidates > View Profile > Select Application (View)
or

c) Requisitions > Search Requisitions (Jobs) > Select Requisition > Cick on "Candidates" tab > View Application

2) HR COORDINATOR (Recruiter) selects the interviewer(s) and selects availability of the interviewer(s) and then send Invite Email to the selected candidate(s).

3) CANDIDATE receives invite from your HR COORDINATOR and can select their most convenient time slot and confirms the interview.

4) Once the interview confirmed by the CANDIDATE, a calendar invite is then automatically sent to both the INTERVIEWER AND the CANDIDATE; the interview is confirmed.

* Only members of the HR recruiting team can access the Automatic Interview Scheduling tool and schedule interviews. 
* Hiring Managers and Interviewers can connect their calendars to HirePlanner to help HR coordinate interviews more smoothly.
