October 2022: Delete Application Details

With this upgrade, you (HR Recruiters) can now delete their candidate's application details.
(Deleting candidate application details was not possible prior to October 18th 2022).

Note that deleting an application is different than deleting a candidate's profile (more details below).

DELETE A CANDIDATE PROFILE:

If you delete a candidate profile, you will delete ALL information connected to this candidate. Not only the profile will be permanently deleted but also all the applications associated with it (including the candidate's application details, conversation history, interview records and feedback etc.). (See screenshot below. This section will be deleted entirely.)

Special Case: If the candidate profile was created via an introduction from an agent, only the original record submitted by the agent will be kept in the system and will be available under the "Agencies" tab under the "Introductions" section (marked as "ignored"). DELETE A CANDIDATE APPLICATION:

In this case, only the application information associated with the candidate's profile and a specific requisition will be deleted. (See screenshots below. Delete only the application information under "Positions" on this page)

If you delete an application, you will delete all the information related to the role the candidate applied to which will include the following:
- Resumes used for the application
- Communication messages related to the role the candidate applied to
- Interviews Schedule and Feedback notes
- Screening internal comments
- Cover letters
- etc.

All other information that are stored under the candidate profile will NOT be deleted (since they are stored separately from the application).

Special Case: In the case the application was the result of an agency introduction, if it gets deleted,
only the original record submitted by the agent will be kept in the system and can be accessible under the "Agencies" tab under the "Introductions" section (marked as "ignored").
