1. Resumes & Documents Preview
You can now preview resumes and other documents directly in the platform instead of automatically downloading them.
Why it matters:
Reduces local storage clutter and unnecessary file downloads
Improves security by limiting the amount of confidential data stored on your local machine
Allows faster file review and comparison during screening
Works with resumes and most standard document types
2. Support for More File Types
We now support multiple formats beyond PDF:
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PNG, JPG and more
This flexibility ensures candidates can submit documents in the format they prefer.
3. Expanded Document Storage Options
You can now store additional documents on either the candidates' profile and their respective applications.
The list document categories currently available is as follows:

Compliance & Policy Acknowledgment
Degrees / Diplomas
Driving License
Employment & Legal Documents
Health Check Certificate
Identification (Passport, ID Card, etc.)

4. Custom Requirements on Application Forms
When customizing your candidate application form (Tools → Application Form Templates), you can now request candidates to include some additional documents (beyond the resume) on their application.
Simply select the specific document categories you require and add detailed instructions in English and/or Japanese to guide the candidates.
This feature will help ensure you receive all necessary information upfront and will significantly reduces the need for manual follow-up with candidates.
5. Improved Document Management & Version Updates
You can now:
Replace outdated resume files with newer versions
Add updated documents or remove old ones directly from the candidate profiles and/or their application pages.
Keep your data up to date, accurate and organized.
6. Save Documents from Messenger
From the Messenger area on the candidate’s application page, you can now easily save attachments and documents directly to either the candidate profile or the specific application.
There is no need to download and re-upload files manually anymore—simply choose where you want to store the document and it will be saved immediately. This ensures you can always maintain the most recent and up-to-date files while keeping everything organized in one place.
7. Clickable URLs in Messenger
Messages containing full URLs (including https://) will now automatically convert into clickable hyperlinks, making navigation and communication much easier.
This is especially useful when sharing links to company resources, job pages, maps and location details, or video conference meetings, allowing you to access them instantly without needing to copy and paste.
