Please find attached below the list of updates and new features we will be releasing this month:
1️⃣ Schedule your email messages to candidates and / or agents:
We’re excited to introduce our latest enhancement to help you manage candidate communication with greater flexibility and ease!
- Schedule Messages — Plan ahead and send emails exactly when you want by selecting recommended dates or setting your own date and time.
- Manage with Ease — View, edit, or cancel scheduled messages anytime before they’re sent — giving you full control.
- Improved Message Design — Messages are now easier to read, with clearer colors to distinguish sender and receiver.
- Cleaner Conversations — Long messages are collapsed by default, with a Read More link to expand only when needed.
- Attachments that are included in messages are now automatically displayed at the bottom of the message (you don't need to click on "read more" to see them appear).
- Mass Mailing — The email scheduling function will also be available when mass mailing multiple candidates at the same time (direct applicants).
💡 Why it matters:
Stay organized, communicate at the right moment, and focus on hiring — not managing your inbox.
You can now schedule your emails to direct applicants or agencies from each application page.
If you wish to update a scheduled email or delete it, you can now do so from the TOOLS section of the top navigation bar under the "Scheduled emails" tab.
2️⃣ Updated Top Navigation Bar:
We have updated the top navigation menu to help you navigate the site more easily. The changes we made are as follows:
a) Updated TOOLS section
We added the following 2 links to access "My Task List" area and the "Feature Requests" section for you to submit your requests or to report bugs.
We removed the emails and email templates links and moved them to a separate dedicated section called "MAILS".
b) A new MAILS section was added (on the Top Navigation Menu) to easily access all your hiring communications
c) Wording adjustment: "DASHBOARD" became "HOME" to save space on the top navigation menu
3️⃣ New Email Tags:
We created 2 additional tags in both English and Japanese to help you simplify and automate your email communication with your agency partners:
- Agency's name (agency's company name)
- Candidate's name (from Candidate application)
4️⃣ UX & UI Improvements:
Improved attachment visibility in conversations: Previously, users had to click “Read more” to view the full message and its attachments. Now, attachments are always displayed, regardless of whether the user expands the message. This change reduces the risk of missing important information shared via attachments.
