We’re excited to introduce our new Job Posting Scheduling feature — designed to make your hiring in Japan even simpler and more efficient!
With this new option, you can now plan ahead and decide exactly when your job postings will go live — whether it’s during peak viewing hours or at a time that best fits your hiring strategy.
How It Works
1) Create and Approve Your Requisition
Once your job requisition has been created and approved in HirePlanner, go to the Publish tab.
2) Find the “Schedule Post” Button
Below the PUBLISH NOW button, you’ll notice a new option: SCHEDULE POST.
3) Choose When to Publish
Click on SCHEDULE POST, and you’ll see a few suggested publishing time options.
If none of these fit your needs, click on PICK DATE & TIME to customize the exact date and time you’d like your job posting to be published online.
4) Confirm Your Schedule
Once you’ve selected your preferred date and time, click SCHEDULE to confirm.
You’ll then see an orange badge appear, confirming your scheduling details — including the expected publishing date and time (see screenshot below).
5) Need to Make Changes?
If you ever need to adjust your scheduled post, simply hover your mouse over the orange badge until you see a small “x” (cancel) icon appear.
Click it to cancel your current schedule — you can then reselect a new date and time at any moment.
That’s as simple as that!
You now know how to schedule your job posting. Your ad will automatically be published at the selected time across all connected job sites — no manual action needed.
