By using the HirePlanner platform, you will be given the opportunity to access some of your company’s HR recruiting confidential information. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of such corporate data. We, therefore, advise all our users to take all the necessary precaution to protect their information and maintain confidentiality.
We strongly advise our users to follow the following precautions in addition to your own privacy policy:
- Access, use or share your company’s proprietary information only to the extent it is authorized and necessary to fulfil your assigned job duties.
- Keep all devices (you access hireplanner.com with) encrypted and password protected
- Always choose passwords with a minimum of 8 characters (including capital and lower-case letters, numbers and symbols) and avoid any information that may be easily guessed (such as birthdays etc.)
- Change your password every 3 months
- Log into your HirePlanner account only through the company’s secure network and avoid public wifi
- Log into your HirePlanner account only with your own device(s)
- Avoid saving your password onto your browser
- Do not share your account user ID and password with anyone or allow the use of your account by others
- When providing candidate feedback to your HR, remember to avoid making any defamatory, offensive, derogatory, racial, gender oriented, religious and/or politically oriented comments that may reflect poorly on the company and your business partners
- Log-out your hireplanner.com once you have completed your work
- Maintain confidentiality and protect the company’s confidential information at all times
