Available Features

Hiring Managers (users in charge of managing a headcount) will have access to the following tools and features:

View Requisitions		Access details of your job vacancies (job description, managers, recruiting team, interview panel etc.）
View Applications		Access job applications and candidate pipeline details for each job vacancy (resumes, interview feedback etc.)
Interview Schedule		Feature available for both "Hiring Managers" and "Interviewers" When invited for an interview (by HR), the interviewer will receive an email notification which includes all the interview event details (Date, time, role, candidate name and access to his/her resume details). An interviewer can add his/her interview event details onto their calendar. To access interview details, the interviewer will need to sign-in his/her HirePlanner account here.
Interview Feedback		Feature available for both "Hiring Managers" and "Interviewers" When assigned as an interviewer, you can submit your interview feedback when signed in your HirePlanner account. By default, the interview feedback will only be accessible by the Hiring Manager and the HR Recruiter in charge of the role (and not by other interviewers).
Headcount Approval		Feature available only to users added on the "requisition approval route" When added onto the requisition approval route, you will be able to review, approve or reject new headcount approval requests made by your HR recruiting team. Each time a request is made, the approver will receive an email notification for him/her to log in his/her HirePlanner account and either "Approve" or "Reject" the requisition approval request.
Offer Approval		Feature available only to users included on the "offer approval route" When added onto the offer approval route, you will be able to review, approve or reject new candidate offers made by your HR recruiting team. Each time an "offer approval request" is made, the approver will receive an email notification for him/her to log in his/her HirePlanner account and either "Approve" or "Reject" the candidate offer approval request.
