This new feature was designed specifically for clients who use HirePlanner as a job board and recruitment advertising platform but rely on a separate global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing candidate applications. If HirePlanner is already your primary ATS, this feature does not affect your current setup.
We’re excited to introduce our new ATS Redirect feature, which allows you to benefit from HirePlanner’s extensive reach across our network of major Japanese job boards and partner sites, while giving you the option to automatically redirect all candidate applications directly to your existing ATS. This enables you to keep recruiting data centralized in your current system, with no extra administrative work required.
From the Requisition Form (if the ATS Redirect feature is activated), HR Users can now choose to either a) use a HirePlanner Application Form to collect candidate applications inside the HirePlanner ATS system or b) use an external link to redirect candidates to apply on a different system
⚠️ Application Conversion Rates - Important Note
While ATS Redirect is extremely useful and can greatly simplify your processes and eliminate the need for manual data transfers, please be aware that redirecting candidates to an external system may impact your application rates. Studies show that redirecting applicants to an external ATS can result in a drop-off in completed applications, often ranging from 20% to 40%, due to additional steps in the process. Please consider your hiring priorities when deciding to enable this feature.
