The Automatic Interview Scheduling System is a new optional feature from HirePlanner.com designed to help HR recruiters automate most of the interview scheduling process and save significant time when coordinating each meeting with candidates.
NOTE: This new feature is available only when scheduling interview with candidates. We will be releasing a separate tool soon for you to easily schedule interviews with agencies.
Once HR users and interviewers have connected their calendar to the HirePlanner platform, HR Recruiters will be able to follow the steps illustrated below to schedule interview automatically and improve their candidate experience.
