Jan. 2022 - Software Upgrade & Minor Bug Fixes

Please find attached below the list of upgrades for this month:

- Updated the automatic interview scheduling system for candidates - more details

- Released the automatic interview scheduling system for agencies - more details

- Built mechanism to activate or de-activate calendars automatically when a user account is disabled

- Built mechanism to manage quota of licenses to grant access to the Automatic Interview Scheduling System

- Candidate Introduction (by Agency): Fixed minor bug and removed the "Delete checkbox" to fix resume validations

- UX (User Experience) and design improvement: made the "location details" more visible and easy to spot for candidates when they receive their interview invite.

- Publish Job Posting: improved the UX and overall flow to publish a job so that recruiters do not forget to publish a job after they have created it. As soon as your job is approved, its status will appear as "OPEN" (see screenshot below) and you will be automatically re-directed to the "Publish" tab so that you can decide wether to post your job online or not. You will be able to publish your job publicly or privately.

 

- Share jobs on social media: minor bug fix - include automatically the visual (used for the job post) and an excerpt of the Job postings in the social media post you would like to share. 

- Indeed Apply API: minor update

- Candidate Profile Merging Tool: minor bug fix
