📊 1. Talent Pipeline - Reporting + Tracking of Applications Based On Hiring "Sub Status"
You can now better track the progress of your hiring activities with enhanced reporting tools:

Track the number of applications by both main hiring status (e.g., New, Screening, Interviewing...) and also customizable sub-statuses defined by your team.

Gain a clear overview of how many candidates are in each stage of the process.
🏢 2. Company Directory Enhancements
We've also improved how companies appear on the company directory on the job board and added the following to help your organization stand out:

Companies with active job postings are now prioritized and will be listed at the top of the job listing. Companies without active job postings will be listed further down.

Each company profile now includes up to four quick-access buttons to access their:

For new corporation joining the HirePlanner platform, the new Company Registration Form has been simplified—fewer fields for a faster setup.

You can update your company profile and business description anytime via Settings > Company Profile.
👤 3. Candidate Profile UX Improvements

We’ve redesigned the candidate profile layout to display more relevant information in a compact view, reducing the need to scroll.
🚫 4. New Candidate Badge: "Do Not Contact"

If candidates do not want you to contact them anymore, HR teams can now assign a "Do Not Contact" badge to candidates for better candidate management.
🌐 5. Refreshed Marketing Website
We’ve also made a few updates on our marketing website to help users and job seekers navigate more easily:

Added a footer for better site navigation and usability.

Refreshed the top navigation menu and homepage content to better highlight HirePlanner’s main services.

🐞 6. Bug Fixes & UI Tweaks

Fixed minor bugs related to the top navigation menu.
