Your COMPANY PROFILE page is located under the "SETTINGS" top menu bar. Please note that this section is accessible and can be modified ONLY by the "Account Owner" or the "Administrator" user of your company. If you are a recruiter user without "Admin" access rights, you will not be able to access this part of the website.
Before you get started with the rest of your settings, it is important for you to take a moment to review the content of your company profile section.
Some of its content may be advertised publicly when you choose to publish your job postings online which is why it is important to double check your data is 100% accurate:

- ACCOUNT OWNER:
This field indicates the name of the Account Owner. If you would like to change the account owner and assign someone else, please contact HirePlanner support at: support@hireplanner.com
- TOTAL LICENSES:
This field indicates the number of HR recruiting licenses you currently have available. We remind you that Hiring Managers and Interviewers do not require an HR recruiting license. Only members of your HR team or managers requiring full access to the system and candidate database require a license. If you need additional recruiting licenses, please contact your account executive at: support@hireplanner.com

- CAREER PAGE URL:
This URL is the link to access your career website. This is where your candidates will be able to view your job postings and apply for the role(s) they are interested in. Once your account is fully set-up and when your job postings are published, you can add this "career" link onto your corporate website to help job seekers apply online easily.
- QR CODE:
This QR code also links to your career website. It can be used to help your potential candidates access and apply to your career opportunities from their mobile phone. Our clients use our QR code in many different ways:
- On employee business cards (for their referral programs)
- On flyers and other recruiting marketing materials
- At career events and job fairs to avoid collecting paper resumes
COMPANY PROFILE CONTENT TO FILL:
- CORPORATE LOGO: Please remember to upload your logo (preferably a square version 400 × 400 jpg or png image for best results | max size: 5MB). This logo will be displayed on the job boards along side with your job postings.
- SELECT LANGUAGE OF THE CAREER PAGE: You can choose wether to make your career website in English or Japanese as default.
- COMPANY NAME (ENGLISH): For candidates who prefer to navigate on the HirePlanner website in English, your company name will be displayed in English.
- COMPANY NAME (JAPANESE): For candidates who prefer to navigate on the HirePlanner website in Japanese, your company name will be displayed in Japanese.
- URL: Please enter the URL of your company homepage.
- PHONE NUMBER: Please enter the phone number that's best to use for possible recruitment related inquiries.
- COUNTRY: Please select the country where your office is located
- STATE / PROVINCE: Please select the state where your office is located
- CITY: Please select the city where your office is located (example: Shibuya-Ku, Minato-Ku etc.)
- ADDRESS: Please enter your office address
- ZIP CODE: Please your office address zip code
- TRAIN LINE: Please indicate the train line to access your office
- TRAIN STATION: Please indicate the train station to access your office
- APPROX EMPLOYEES COUNT: Please indicate how many employees your office has
- APPROX RECRUITERS COUNT: Please indicate how many recruiters will need to access HirePlanner
- APPROX RECRUITS PER YEAR: Please indicate approximately how many people you plan to hire on average per year or during the next 12 months.
- CAREER PAGE FOOTER TEXT: Text you would like to display the bottom of your career page and job listing.

- PRIVACY POLICY: Please enter your privacy policy terms. You may require your candidates to agree with your privacy policy before they apply to anyone of your job postings by clicking on the check box located below the PRIVACY POLICY field.
- FISCAL YEAR START: Please indicate the date of the start of your fiscal year. Closed requisitions from the previous fiscal year will automatically get removed from your dashboard once the new fiscal year re-starts.
- PASSWORD EXPIRY PREFERENCES: This is a "Force Password Reset" feature that is designed to fortify your defenses against potential security breaches by requiring employees to regularly change their passwords (every 3, 6, or 12 months).
