Security Settings (🔐Recommended)

To further strengthen your account security, we strongly recommend you to activate your One-Time Password (OTP) for all your company users. 

When enabled, OTP adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a temporary verification code in addition to your regular login credentials. This helps protect your account and company data from unauthorized access.

What Is One-Time Password (OTP)?

⚠️ Add an extra layer of security to your account

• Each time you sign in, a unique one-time verification code will be sent to your registered email address

• You must enter this code to complete your login

• Each code is time-limited and can only be used once

This feature is strongly recommended to improve your account security and ensure your recruiting data protection.

Important: Company-Wide Setting

Please note that enabling OTP is a company-level security setting.
Once activated, all users within your company account will be protected and will be required to log in using One-Time Password authentication. You do not need to update this security setting individually.

How to Enable One-Time Password (OTP)

1. Go to "Settings" on the top navigation menu

2. Click on "Security Settings" on the drop down menu

3. Select “Enabled – Using OTP” to activate the "One Time Password"

4. Click "Save" to validate your changes

Once enabled, OTP will apply immediately to all company users.

Each time a user from your company signs in, they will receive a verification code (valid for a few minutes)

Copy and paste your verification code to complete your sign-in
