How to close a requisition?

Requisitions can either be:

1 - CLOSED: 

When a role has been filed or when you simply wish to archive the search project. If a requisition is "CLOSED", you will be able to RE-OPEN it in the future if you wish to do so.

OR

2 - CANCELLED: 

When / if you made a mistake and/or when you simply wish to completely cancel a requisition project you have created. BE CAREFUL, when a requisition is "CANCELLED", YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RE-OPEN IT. THIS ACTION CANNOT BE UNDONE.

1.  CLOSE A REQUISITION:

- Select the requisition you wish to close

- Select the "DETAILS" Tab on top of the requisition page

- Click on the "CLOSE" button  (Yellow button located at the bottom of the page). This will automatically mark the requisition as "CLOSED" (Complete).

WHEN CLOSING A ROLE ON HIREPLANNER, PLEASE NOTE THAT:

1: Your job postings will no longer be advertised online on your career page and on other job boards we are integrated with.

2: Agency consultants that may have been assigned to the project will receive an email notification informing them that the role has been closed

3: The recruitment consultant will no longer be able to introduce new candidates. 

4: The Messenger service will be de-activated. You will be able to view old messages but you will no longer be able to exchange message with the agency consultants or candidates who have applied for the role.

2.  CANCEL A REQUISITION:
